  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-10 business days for domestic orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location, typically between 10-20 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.

International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide! However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

  • Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Return & Exchange Policy

At Caged MMA Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or are unhappy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help! Below, you’ll find the details of our return and exchange process.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at cagedmmaapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Once we’ve approved your return request, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item(s) back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

 

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, follow the same process as above.

  • Once we receive the original item, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, you’ll have the option to choose a different product or receive a refund.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s).

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologise! Please contact us at cagedmmaapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
